University License: This option is for use in teaching and academic research at a degree-granting institution, like a university. This option must also be selected if more than 50% of the organization is working for academic level education.
"Machine": Mean a computer device (whether physical or virtual) used by the user for running HSC.
"Instance": Each HSC module creates an Instance when started.
